Local Union 289, 986, 1106, 1431 and NBSWG under MIFA 1 have concluded the voting process on the proposed Tentative Agreement. The majority of the membership has accepted the proposed Tentative Agreement.
Frontier has been notified that the Tentative Agreement has been ratified and the ratification date will be February 3, 2012.
Meetings will be scheduled in the near future with Frontier to finalize the establishment of the HRA accounts, the organization of the contract articles/sections, printing of the agreements and the review and signing of the final copies.
